Spirit of Hope
Does anyone know how to view the schedule for Spirit of Hope in Charlotte? I have looked everywhere but I can't find a performance order. I would love to find out who my daughter is competing against.

Re: Spirit of Hope
We aren't going this year. There were some problems with scoring last year and so I don't think we will ever be back. I do remember there is a password to view the schedule. See if this link works:

Spirit of Hope
We love Spirit of Hope. It is our favorite competition of the year. It is run very well and we have never had problems with judging. The competition fees are a bit steep, but it is a charitable event with a large part of the $$$ raised going to the Walk Forth with Hope Foundation which offers financial support to families with children suffering with cancer or other life threatening diseases. Hope your team enjoyed the competition and they did well.

We did enjoy it. Thank you for commenting. It was very well run. Our teams didn't win any of their divisions but one of our kids on the sr. 4 broke her wrist during warmups and the kids on that team really demanstrated what team means. We were so proud of them.

Wow! I hope your team member heals quickly. I'm always amazed how these teams recover from such an event so flawlessly. One of the members of our little mini team broke an elbow a few days before the competition and they were rebuilding the routine on Saturday morning. Those little girls were amazing and ended up coming in second in their division. That's one of the things I love about competitive cheerleading!

I thought I read that the results were supposed to be up by this past Tuesday. But they still have the 2009 results up. What's up with that?
